The mission of the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station Services Information Tickets and Travel program is to provide customer driven travel venues and services, and entertainment activities. IT&T focuses on a full service travel amenities and theme parks, local event venues, tours and information of the local area and total travel assistance. Office is now located in the Niagara Lodge, Building 300, Room 121.

Niagara Falls IT&T Office can tell you what is fun to do in town, which restaurant has your favorite food, where to take the kids for an outing, how to get there and what special things you need to know about your surroundings. Local attractions and events is a specialty of the IT&T staff.

NEW Universal promotion: Effective 18 Jan 10, Universal Orlando is launching a new ticket structure called "U Select". This program lets the customers create the ticket that is just right for them and their family. They can purchase as many admission days as they would like (1, 2, 3, 4, or 7 days) and have the option of either going to just one theme park per day (Base ticket) or enjoying both parks in the SAME day with Park-to-Park access for the utmost in flexibility. Just a reminder, you do not pay any taxes or special fees when you purchase tickets through the IT&T office.

For Canadian attractions, please make sure you are eligible to travel across the border and possess the necessary paperwork. In addition, prices for Canadian attractions are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates.

Ticket Policy: Tickets sold from the IT&T Office at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station are solely for the use of Military (Active, Retired, Reservists, Guardsmen, Dependents, and DoD Civilians). The member must show proof of ID at the time of purchase and at the time of use. Members may purchase tickets for their family and friends if they accompany the party at the time of use. In other words, at least one person with a valid ID must be in the party at the time of use. Maximum ticket purchase for most attractions is eight tickets. Military tickets are not authorized to be sold to non-military groups. Each attraction has a group sales department for such purchases.

All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges.
