Services Conference Information
If you are interested in holding a conference here at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, we have a wide range of conference rooms available.
The following is a list of questions that should be answered
before you decide to book your conference. Answering
these questions will help both your group and us determine
what exactly you will need during your conference here
at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station. If you have

Do you have Lodging requirements? If you answered yes to
this, you need to contact the Lodge at (716) 236-2014 or
DSN 238-2014
Do you need a conference room?
Do you need catering?
Do you need any Audio/Visual equipment?
Do you have any V.I.P.s attending your conference?
Once you have made all of your “tentative” arrangements,
you will have to submit a letter of request from your organization
to include name, address, email address, and POC for the
conference. Also, you will need to complete and attach a "Services Conference Form" to your request. The form is available on this page (left column), just click on the "Services Conference Form" link.
The Base Commander approves all conference requests. In addition, please include any special requirements
that you might have such as A/V equipment. When your conference
has been approved, you will receive notification by email,
mail, or phone call.
We urge all conferences to be self sufficient as possible.
